Stephen G. Barnes

A graduate of Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, Steve became a member of the State Bar of California in 1990. He belongs to the California Consumer Attorneys, California Lemon Law Attorneys, and the American Bar Association. Prior to graduating from law school, Steve served as a judicial intern in the California Court of Appeals for Justice Harmon Scoville. Steve also teaches for Coastline Community College in its paralegal department.

Steve has personally handled over 1,500 lemon law cases. He has tried several cases to verdict. Steve was also lead counsel on Mitchell v. Blue Bird Body Company (2000) 80 Cal.App.4th 32, 95 Cal.Rptr.2d 81. Mitchell established that consumers of repurchased lemon vehicles are entitled to the reimbursement of finance charges.

David J. Farrell

Also a graduate of Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California, Dave became a member of  the State Bar of California in 1990. He belongs to the California Lemon Law Attorneys and several other legal organizations. Prior to graduating from law school, Dave served as a judicial intern at the California Court of Appeal for Justice Edward Wallin.

Dave has personally handled over 1,500 lemon law cases.  He has tried several cases to verdict.  He has also written several published lemon law articles.
