If your product does not qualify for the remedies under the California Lemon Law, you may still be entitled to relief under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (Federal Lemon Law).  The Federal Lemon Law applies to all consumer goods as long as these goods are normally used for personal, family or household purposes.  The Federal Lemon Law may entitle the buyer of consumer goods to the following remedies – repair, replacement or repurchase.  Although the Federal Lemon Law is not as consumer-friendly as the California Lemon Law, it does provide important consumer protection for purchasers of consumer goods.
